The main difference is that Xeomin® is a “naked” injectable. Unlike Botox, which contains accessory proteins, Xeomin is highly purified to contain only the active ingredient (incobotulinumtoxinA). This means there is a lower risk of developing resistance or having an allergic reaction to the treatment.
